Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of asmr.host. They are a starting template — have them reviewed by counsel before launch.

Your page

You own the content you publish. You grant us a licence to host and display it so your page works. You are responsible for the links and media you add and must have the rights to them.

Acceptable use

• No sexually explicit content, or links presented as ASMR that lead to it, without age gating where required by law.
• No impersonation of other creators, harassment, malware or phishing.
• No content that is illegal where you or your audience are located.

We review reports by humans, not automated filters, and will contact you before removing a page except for clear illegal content.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; Pro features remain until the end of the paid period.

Names and domains

Subdomains are first-come, first-served. We may reclaim names that are inactive, reserved, or that infringe a trademark. Custom domains remain yours; we only route traffic to your page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
